Fishing for Animatics!

An animatic for those who do not know, is basically a filmed storyboard with voices, and temporary sound effects, to give the crew, and the animators an idea of how scenes are working, before animating it.
In this scene, Yaki has been complaining about being hungry and wanting to eat, but having no food or money…Yumi meanwhile has been eating everything in sight, Yaki dramatically begs Yumi to help him! Everyone remember those fortune teller fish that used to come inside a box of Cracker Jacks??? I used to love those…I still consult mine for all of life’s important decisions..

Wow..I didn’t even know this worked..I figured when my computer crashed, I’d give up and try again tomorrow…now that it worked, I will post more clips soon!

I love Yaki’s voice and the look on his face when he says “EEEAAAATT!!!” I’m so looking forward to seeing this cartoon when its finished….

hahaa….I don’t know! I thought it didn’t! Then I went on the blog later one eve. and saw it was up! Don’t ask me to ever do it again, cuz I have no idea which one of our versions actually ended up working..haha…I am so tech-challenged!
