And I doubt if I ever heard a filmmaker say:
“Hey you know what we need? I think we need another ant movie, yea, people love ants.”
Do people love ants?
Are we stuck in this vicious cycle of used, tired, overworked ideas? Are there no original ideas left? Are people really gonna pay to see another bug movie, or are they just going to watch it because some big name celebrity is lending there voice?
If anyone else is tired of bug movies… please raise you hand.

The next big studio movie to be released this summer is the July 21st release of “Monster House”, by Sony Pictures. Some of my friends have been calling it the “Fisher Price Monster Movie”.
