Above is two halves of my first BG. I thought about using an experienced, highly talented artist to do BG’s but then I thought…..Hey! I’m an experienced, highly talented artist. (At least that what my kids tell me.)

Above is a copy of my voice recordings which occurred on Friday. I had Colleen O’Shaughnessy, David Busch and Jessie Flower doing all the voices. They were great. Jessie is 11 years old and did Peggy. It was amazing working with such young talent. She’s got a great future. David is a friend of mine whose last gig was acting with Dustin Hoffman! And Colleen, who was the Kid from Krunch and the Kid, did a herculean effort on the doll Tiffany!

Merry Christmas to all you Blog viewers!

I would love to be able to hear abit of the sound :)

I’ll try and get it on the blog, though I’m a bit slow when it comes to technical stuff like that.

ho!ho! these bg’s are awesome!

Thanks

hey adam!
this short looks like it’s gonna be cool!
i was actually sitting right next to you when you were meeting with jessie and david before the record session. i was waiting to pitch my silly little idea to larry, eric, and melissa, which is why i was in the nick lobby!
anyhow, good luck man, keep up the good fight, and have happy holidays with yr family and pals man!
all the best,
-jeaux

So how did your pitch go?

hey adam!
it went as awesome as i imagined it. I didn’t get greenlit, but i achieved my goal which was to get eric, melissa, and larry to invite me back for a 2nd repitch! Larry is fricken re-donk-ulously genius in the cartoon story area. no wonder he’s been in the biz for as long as he has. he’s a smart cat and it was an honor to have him sit and chat with me for a bit about my project. Eric and Melissa threw in some valuable advice as well.
I was all ears, and can’t wait to come back!
maybe i can stop by yr office, and chat next time i’m there….
see you around!
-Jeaux

anytime.
