The bulletin reads, “Mrs. Jones from Topeka, Kansas has spotted this guy at the 7-Eleven on Main Street in Topeka, Kansas, who they thought was one of the Finster boys.
Though there are distinct cartoon similarities, Mrs. Jones was mistaken.
