Tex Avery’s Kwicky Koala Board

I’m sure I’ve mentioned before how cartoonist Don Dougherty, one of the contributors to the Random! Cartoon “6 Monsters”, worked for Tex Avery on Tex’s last project, Hanna-Barbera’s The Kwicky Koala Show. Last week, Don was kind enough to give me a copy of one of Tex’s last storyboards ever (he died in 1980). The board, for “In a Pig’s Eye”, is a Three Little Pigs send-up, with Wilfred Wolf doing his best to sink his teeth into Droopy, er, I mean Kwicky.
