Why cant things like this be in NYC? I hate always wanting to go to these types of things but cant cause I live on the other side of the country.

Since this is sponsored in part by ASIFA, mayeb we could talk to ASIFA East and try to get something similar set up here on this coast? I’d be willing to help organize… Fred?

Love to work it out with Dave Levy. And Steve, talk your family into letting you join ASIFA-East. It’s inexpensive ($35 a year, I think) and you can become a great instigator for them.

Fred, do you have any more information on ASIFA east? The last function of theirs I attended, Linda Simensky was the president, and I’ve never been a member.
