The shading looks decent; perhaps maybe a little over-done, but better than I can do, and it still fits a kind of comic-book muscular style (which is also DBZ style I guuess). My one criticism though, would be, "think up a pose and put him in it". Right now he's just kind of staring at us blankly. Unless that's what you were going for. It looks cool!
