Question regarding entries: My animation is on a miniDV tape, but the entries call for a digibeta tape. How do I convert from one to the other? (Be kind; I’m an amatuer not a pro.)

i have another question: i’m not sure how to fill out the festival agreement form, regarding the blanks at the end of the document (such as “by”, and “title”), and not sure where to sign, either. sorry, i’m kinda new at this
