Matte Plastic

All riiight!! We finally have a street date for the new Transformers Animated line - they hit the shelves on June 22. At least this two pack of Prime and Megs does, the rest are set to follow in August. Check the press release HERE

That is going to be a very long wait. Which is partly kinda cool - reminds me of when I was a kid and you’d see a commercial and know new toys were on the way, but you had to wait. So, you’d go to the store every week, hoping that something new was right around the corner. Or you’d have the cardboard back off another figure that had the picture of the whole collection on it. So, you knew what to look for, and you’d imagine what adventures or missions the new figures would have when you finally got them. Then when you finally turned the corner of that toy aisle and saw them all hanging on the pegs, the rush of excitement would just about blow out the ends of your toes! Maybe that was just me? And maybe that’s why I still get that rush of excitement….maybe not as strong, but it’s still there. Sure, maybe some day I’ll grow up, but I don’t think so. You can mature as much as the world needs you to, but you NEVER have to grow up!

Now, go get those figures out of their packages - they’re awaiting their adventure!
