Peg-Leg Orphanage Sneak Peek!
Here are some Genetically Engineered Mutant Pirate Babies for y’all to coo and ga-ga at. ![]()
This here is Little Captain Thurop. I named him after Thurop Van Orman, whom I coincidentally shared an animation Cubicle with during my tenure at Calarts. He has a Piratey short coming out on Cartoon Network, called Flapjack, and it’s 110% guaranteed all kinds of Awesome. ![]()
Next up we got Murderous Mad Mia, Tantrum of the 7 Seas! Look at that Attitude! Look at that tongue! Why’s it blue? I don’t know! I do enjoy her little Robert Deniro beauty mark mole however, makes her tough.![]()
Octopus Headed Sally! So far out of most of the other Pirate Babies i’ve painted, she still proves to be my favorite. Maybe it’s those freckles, or those tiny barnacle scabs, or the fact she looks about ready to slit yr throat. Nah, I think it’s just her cool octopus helmut. Looks all slimy.
If anyone out there is interested in adopting any of these Scurvy little Barnacles… Let me know!

Wow, cool characters! Also, damn there are a whole bunch of new shows coming on TV soon, its great! Btw, if you need any flash animation done, let me know, I’ll hook you up jeaux! Btw, I met a guy who said he knows you from college. His name is Marius and he works at 6PH now. Do you rememmber him?

Thanks Steve. I’ll keep that in mind about the flash my friend.
I totally remember Marius! except it was High-school, not college days. He got Most Artistic and I ended up with Most Unique. Most Unique was, to quote my friend Liz (who also received Most Unique w/me), ” a gramatically foul title undoubtedly bestowed upon us for our complete disregard for such trivialities as dress codes (because striped legwear and Bauhaus t-shirts looked good under a school uniform, no matter what the deans and Sr. Theresa said).” And Yes, I went to a catholic highschool.
He was a great artist! That’s cool about 6point! What’s he doing there these days?

Pirate babies are the ultimate cool.
looks like it’s going to be a great show.
You have good timing with that new pirates movie that just came out.
Except these babies are cuter than Johnny Depp.

AWESOME! I liked this idear’ ever since you told me of the concept. Bloody brilliant! I must say Octo-pooped Sally is my fave. She looks feisty and she wears seafood on her head…she’s cool. The others are also kewl, but I’m afraid they can’t top Sally. Great work Jeaux.

Thanks Trev!
I’ll be sad to see her go. if she gets adopted that is…
