Howdy Gang!!! I am still around poking my gopher sized head round these here Frederator Praries on the world wide Internet…
I’ve been a busy busy Meaux Jeaux Jeaux-Jeaux with my new job and haven’t had much spare time at all to give some Blog Loving to one of my favorite sites of all time. The Big F!
I’m Back, phasers set to stun, and I’ve got some great interviews lined up for all your Channel Fred needs.
This is my New Years Resolution for 2007 boys and girls, to fix my horrendous time management skills and to Bloggity Blog Blog BLAAARGH!!!
2007’s gonna be a great new year for ALL of us, I can feel it in my small gopher sized bones!!!

At a press conference earlier today, Jeaux Janovsky officially announced his unexpected Candidancy for the Channel Frederator 2006 “Cartoonist of the Year” high profile title & position.
When asked why he decided to attempt, possibly his most ambitious (some would claim “stupid”) publicity stunt to date, and why he decided to run in the first place, Senamator (a combination of the words Senator and Animator) Janovsky retorted, “ I don’t see anyone else here running for the Title! Do John K ., John Lasseter, Bill Plympton or Craig McCracken have a campaign team?!?! NO!!! I do! They have been working non-stop, sometimes days on end with no sleep, just to make sure that the American People know my name, my face, and more importantly, my drawing style! I got the Golden Pencil B*tches and I’m going for the Gold! The Court is in my Ball Now!!!”

I know I’m jumping the gun on this one, but I found out about it in the nick of time.
One of my favorite film-makers Lewis Klahr is having a few films screened October 16th, 2006 at Calart’s Redcat in Los Angeles, 8:00pm.
I was able to sit in (unofficially) on a few of his classes at Calarts during my time there, when I should’ve been in my animation classes.Needless to say, I learned alot from that time spent ditching those classes.
(I don’t recommend this behavior for anyone, but it always worked for me.)

So I was just zoning out, drawing, nothing in particular, til this popped in my head. The Team Fred Robot, Version Jeaux point Style.
The tighty whitey undies are a nod and tip of the hat to Eric Homan, who somewhat fueled that idea. As it turns out I’m meeting Fred (Seibert) this Thursday for the first time, and Eric suggested that I wear my underwear on the outside of my pants.
I also can’t forget the time that, while in worry mode over one of my first pitches to Team Fred, Eric told me I should dress up like a princess and make sure my tiara was set in place.
That Eric. He sure has a great sense of humor!
Looking forward to meeting you Fred.
