The sound of greatness…ness…
Above is a picture compiling the voice actors I have for my cartoon, along with the character they will be voicing. I’m so excited about it right now, I’m bouncin’ off the walls here.
For the leading role as the loveable viking, we have the magnificent Jeff Doucette who’ll bring the plucky pillager to life! Playing as his misfortunate mother, Ma, it’s the wonderfully talented Tress MacNeille! And for the part of the doomed Security Troll, it’s none other than the great Maurice LaMarche!
Wednesday should come AFTER Monday… I really can’t wait!

I recgonize Maurice, but I can recognize vocal patterns better than names sometimes. Good luck on everything dear, looks like you’re doing great. X3 Of course, I really had no doubt in my mind for ya, as one artist to another, I knew you’d do great. As a friend to another, I always believed you could. ;3 I’m corny, no? XD You can get me for it later.

I’m. . .utterly speechless. Someone I’ve admired for the longest time, have spoken with, and watched become even more popular than he was when I first started really eyeing his work. . .is now part of Frederator. The words still fail me as to how I can precicely congratulate you, Andrew. Your dreams are coming true. . . This is most definately proof that one should never let go of their dreams for any reason whatsoever. Quite inspiring. . .

Great choices for the voice cast. I’m a huge fan of Maurice and Tress. They’re just a few of my favorites. I’ll bet Maurice is going to use his Sparticus impression for the cop. Am I right? He looks like that what he would sound like. I can’t wait to see it.

Did you pick the voice for Ivan because he did the voice for Hagar the Horrible? This is supposed to be a remake isn’t it? Curious redesign. What happened to his nose?
On August 31st, 2005 at 12:00 am
Wow, you hit it right on the non-existent nose! How did you ever guess? My, you are clever!
Actually, Jeff did the voice for Lucky Eddie, I found out about him from Dan Fausset back at WB, and I loved his work as Smeck in God the Devil and Bob.

Thanks! I’ve been hearing about the remake for awhile. I just didn’t think the designs would look like this. Isnt the original artist still around? I liked the old ones better, sorry.

Ma and Ivan match flawlessly, but After seeing all the imagery for the Troll, and then hearing the voice, I’m not feeling a match between the 2. Was expecting something deeper, more “Orcish” if that makes any sense. But I doubt a mild miss match in 1 voice is gonna stop me from enjoying your work Captain Dickman.
