Hornswiggle

Meet BIRDSDORF

September 30th, 2005

Hornswiggle’s loyal companion is BIRDSDORF, an Oxpecker (Go on… Google that!).

Oxpeckers are known to “climb around on the bodies of large mammals, feeding on ticks and other parasites - and on cattle earwax”.

Oxpeckers are also known as “Tick birds”. However, Birdsdorf’s ticked-off attitude is evident because being attached to Hornswiggle can be very dangerous.

That’s possibly the best name of a character I’ve heard in years XD kinda sounds like a curse word… “Oh fer cryin’ out Birsdorf!”

Well FINALLY! An oxpecker is getting recognition in a cartoon. Another plus point for this project,Jerry! For ultimate coolness in attention to details and never leaving out the small players in the savannah.
