Goliath and Hondo…Fine Art!

These are two fantastic paintings of ‘The Infinite Goliath’ and ‘Hondo’ by the talented artist, and my good friend, Matt Ritchie! The hand in the photos shows the incredibly small scale he worked in for these, cutting out the shapes in wood before painting. Mark my words, It won’t be long until you will be seeing Matt’s work soon gracing magazines like ‘Juxtapoz’ and giving the current ‘Masters of LowBrow Art’ a run for their money…thanks Matt!

Oh btw guys, if your show is flash animated and you want that thick black line around your characters like in billy and mandy, email me and I’ll let you know how to do that. http://www.stephenstudios.com

Thanks Stephen, as usual, for keeping up on everyone’s blog! This show will be traditionally animated, but thank you for offering, did you find out how they animated billy and mandy on your last visit down to the studio?
