Kirsten hits it out of the box.
As promised, here’s Kirsten Lepore’s fun take on the Fredbot. We’ll be using this at the end of our HD shows going forward. First up? Fanboy & Chum Chum. When we went HD for Ape Escape we used a temp card, but now we’re the real deal.
I’ve always liked the end tag we’ve used for the last 12 years (!) but I’m way too impatient to have gone so long without a change. Actually, now that I think about it, we’re probably going to make a bunch of completely different ones and continue rotating them randomly. It’ll be way more fun for our viewers.
The one thing that will absolutely not change is the audio logo. Optic Nerve created it for us and they did their usual amazing job; it’s one of the most distinctive pieces of its kind. All our tags will use it as a baseline.
Thanks so much to Kirsten (and Jon Kane at Optic). Here’s hoping it’s only the first thing we do together.
