Uh-oh, here I go again.

Cartoons haven’t been keeping me busy enough (just kidding, Random!, Wubbzy!, new FOPs, and a movie or three are actually crushing us) so I’ve gone added a second (third) full time job.

Emil Rensing, Herb Scannell, Tim Shey, Jed Simmons and I have started a new company to launch 100 micro-TV networks like Channel Frederator and our more successful sibling VOD Cars.

I was told FOP series was stopped. You’re making more episodes?

It was on hiatus and was just picked up for 20 more… (40 actually)…

YES! I love that show! I had thought it was canceled too…

Um, not to sound pessimistic, but Butch Hartman himself mentioned a year ago (January 2006 to be specific) that both his shows, Fairly OddParents and Danny Phantom, had been cancelled for new production by Nickelodeon. What was the year of this original reply by Mr. Seibert?

This post was made today

I’ve been checking this every once in awhile fred. Looks great, fresh, and truly exciting. It makes for nice morning reads.
Looks like you guys are onto something and just on the brink of coolness.
I’ll be tuning in more for summa that.
-JX!

Fred, when do you sleep? Do you sleep? Congratulations on the new venture.

NextNewNetworks looks great Fred I’ve been reading the blog for about two weeks now! Can’t wait to see the (Next) New Networks ;)

I’d love to be able to cheer over the news about the revival of FOP, but the show got so bad in its later years. I hope the new episodes return to form, with Cosmo and Wanda as a funny, loving couple as opposed to the nag/jerk they deteriorated into near the show’s apparent end. If the new eps have the feeling and spirit of its earler years I’d be most happy to welcome them back into my viewing schedule. Otherwise, I’ll stick to Spongebob and Avatar, Nick’s only good toons at present.

Hey there Fred, great news about the new FOP episodes, the Butch Hartman fans will be thrilled.

I’m a big fan of the anti-fairies and I’d like to know if they have a cameo in the new episodes, that’s if you’re permitted to say or know for that matter.

Thanks for your time.

I agree with Baudelair. If the new episodes are more like “Apartnership” and “Truth or Cosmoquences” and much LESS like “Big Wanda” - NO MEAN COSMO!!! Then I’m happy its back. But right now I feel nervous about it. I like Cosmo and Wanda and I would like to see them the way they were. Cosmo does not have to be mean to be funny. I hope someone will read this. I hope I hope I hope…

They cancled FOP?!

Please have more of Veronica! Perhaps her gaining a fairy godparent, and being kicked out of the popular kids group. And Timmy falling in love with Veronica! And less of that awful Timmy “who would poof me up ice cream?” type of mentallity, and less sadistic Cosmo, and maybe kill of characters whose potential has been exhausted, Vicky. Have her go to college or somthing, and maybye even a Trixie gaining Norm The Genie plot, and becoming like Crocker in that she’s obsessed over catching Veronica and her Fairy Godparent!

P.S. I know who Veronica’s fairy godparent would be: BLONDA!

Most of those ideas would ruin the show.

P.S. It’s great that FOP gets 20 more episodes

Well Timmieboy at least they’re new ideas. I don’t care for some of them but at least they’re something different. FOP got so boring, the same old thing, AND so mean I almost stopped watching. I agree with Veronicafan about sadistic Cosmo and selfish Timmy. And no more Wanda the nag stuff! That was insulting. Why do some shows try to make you hate their characters? I just about hated Cosmo at the end. So MEAN! And not funny! Make FOP good the way it used to be!

first time checking your blog and assorted options, overwhelming, I am spending way too much time here, got to get back to work…can’t seem to break away, nice job, if only I could get paid to watch!

I hope Timmy first dating with Tootie in some episodes.
