Oh Yeah! John Dilworth and Joe Bevilacqua.
Two old friends stopped by today in New York to pitch us some Oh Yeah! Cartoons.
John Dilworth and I worked together at Hanna-Barbera Cartoons in the mid 90s on Courage, the Cowardly Dog, and today he brought by a storyboard on Garlic Boy.

Voice actor and producer/writer Joe Bevilacqua pitched us a story of Willaby & the Professor.
Thanks to John and Joe for kind permission to post images from their storyboards.

You had both John and Joe Bev. in the same room? How about Coward wrecks the Professor’s lab?

They need to look just like that… Draw ‘em in PENCIL, like that, dude! Maybe a hand comes in and draws it in colored pencil! That it goes into the cartoon.

Yeah! Oh, yeah!!! Willaby rocks! Is Joe Bevilacqua doing the voices? I’ve wanted to see what they looked like for years! XM runs them five times a week on Channel 163!
Anyone else want to see Willaby in action!
Oh yeah!!

The perfect characters to revive the classic H-B style but with NEW IDEAS! And who better to work with people like Larry Huber, Fred Seibert and Jerry Beck (all of whom helped revive Hanna-Barbera in the 90s) than Joe Bev., the keeper of all things Daws Butler-like!
I want my MTV, I mean, my W-I-L-L-A-B-Y ! ! !

How about the Professor does something about poor Garlic Boy’s head, body and arm? That is one ugly cartoon character! (No offense, John!)
On November 23rd, 2005 at 12:00 am
I’d buy that cartoon for a dollar!

They look sort of Hanan-Barbera. That’s GOOD!!!
Is Nick doing this cartoon? Does anyone know?
They really should!! We need something FUNNY!!! Why did HB stop doing ther rings around the mouth, anyway? Bring it back with WILLABY AND THE PROFESSOR!!!
