Greetings all! Yes! Tis I, your pal Eric. Well things have been crazy and fun here on Fanboy and we are just about to get this baby ready to send off to animate. I know it’s been a while since I’ve Blogged but I will try to make up for it by showing some of the pre production art photos etc. of Fanboy. For those of you from another galaxy the Comic Con starts tomorrow and if you happen to be around, I, along with my other colleagues will be speaking on the Random panel about our films. So swing by and say hi!
Here is a model of Fanboy in his 2D and his latest model in CG (without textures). For those who didn’t know Fanboy will be brought to you in CG and Technicolor! That’s all for now.

Hey Mike! It’s going to be CG for the most part. I do have a 20 second commercial that is going to be Flash but as far as Fanboy himself is concerned he’s going to be all CG.

I love your drawings, Eric! I do hope you’ll do a 2D short someday. Where are you sending it off to, anyway?

Thank for the comment. I would love to do a 2D short someday but for now I’m enjoying learning about this new world of CG production and how it works. It’s Crazy and fun all in one.
