Cliff’s D+D video.
Artist Cliff Galbraith (co-creator of Rat Bastard) took it upon himself to cut this awesome promo from footage and photos he shot at January’s Drinking and Drawing. Thanks bud.

Here we go again! We have a date for the next New York City Drinking & Drawing and it’s Wednesday April 23rd. This also happens to be National Beer Day in Germany, appropriately enough. All the more reason to celebrate!
Hopefully, this gives you plenty of time to practice your quick-draw skillz. We’ll give you a heads up in a little bit and let you know what the theme will be. In the mean time, check out the awesome article that Jeaux wrote about Drinking & Drawing over at Channel Frederator. - Carrie
Drinking and Drawing
Wednesday, April 23rd 2008
8pm at M1-5 Bar/Cocktails
52 Walker St, NYC
(between Broadway and Church
and just south of Canal St)
Never before has any Frederator Studios project ever been mentioned in the same piece as Breton, Duchamp, Miro, or an exquisite corpse. But obviously Josh Cohen at Tilzy.TV knows alot more than I do.
…..
“The Surrealists used to play this game called “exquisite corpse.” Breton, Duchamp, Miro, and other members of the movement would socialize and sip absinthe…”

They’re not properly sequenced yet, or properly contrasted, but I thought I’d tag you to the set of all 850 drawings (UPDATE: as of Feb 4, we’ve posted 1277; I think they’re all up there now) from January’s New York D+D debut. The cartoon itself will debut in Tuesday’s –Channel Frederator episode.
Check ‘em out, see if you can identiy any of the artists, and, if you’re the artist please identify your drawings in comments.
See you Tuesday.
–Fred
