December 21st, 2006

I was recently given a copy of Children’s Letters to God by Stuart Hample and Eric Marshall. Aside from the amusing REAL letters to God from kids, the cute and childish illustrations of ArrayTom Bloom[link] make this book a lovely Cute Find for children or people who need to remember not to take themselves too seriously. (And in animation, don’t we all know a few of those??)

Looking back at the show now, it was pretty advance for your average six year old. What with the whole traveling through different universes, and trying find out what happened to Sandy’s missing dad and granddad. But because of its cuteness and depth, it deserves to be noted as Radical Cute. For [Read more…]

Atheist Otters!

December 13th, 2006

I loved this scene from one of the latest South Park episodes and had to note it because of its “Radical Cuteness”. The Atheist Otters are mad because the Atheist humans use tables to eat food instead of their tummies.

I was shopping at Target the other day when this clothing line caught my eye. It looks like Disney is trying get in on the cute craze of simple round characters. I have to admit they’re pretty cute. Check them out here for a young family member you might have for this holiday season.
