wildlife video with a happy ending

As an animator, I watch a lot of reference video. Much of that is animal related. A friend sent me this link yesterday and I thought I would share it with the rest of the animation community out there. Many times it seems like everything is going against you. Don’t give up! Keep plugging away and sometimes, with the help of some friends, things will turn around for you.

Have a look at this pencil test from “The Lion King”. I’m sure the animators on this show watched as much animal footage as possible. What a beautiful film!
