Check out this great online series by James Far which has reached 13 million downloads to date. Xombified. I’ve been following it for years and I have to say it’s pretty cool for an online series. Nice designs, pretty good acting and a decent story. And just recently Devil’s Due picked it up as a comic book series.

Honestly I’m kinda surprised no one in animation has tapped into this dude for a series.

From the Xombified website:
XOMBIE, a downloadable web series created by James Farr, boasting more than
13 million downloads, tells the story of a variant zombie (called “Xombies”, capable of thinking and feeling) named Dirge; Dirge discovers a young human girl named Zoe who suffers from amnesia, and, as his last good act before becoming dust on the floor of this ruined, zombie-filled world, begins a dangerous journey to return Zoe to the safety of her loved ones. Along the way, Dirge and friends must survive the assaults of zombies of all shapes and sizes.

Man this stuff is awesome, I can’t beleive I’ve never heard of it!!!

Yeah it’s really nicely done. As I said above, I’m surprised no one has approached him for a series, especially CN who was looking for spooky shows for kids recently.

Who says they havent just signed the contract for it?

You know something I don’t? ;-) We’ll tell us! I’d love to see this thing come to TV.
