Mukpuddy Animation: “Baby Cruel by Pluto”

I came across the fellows of Mukpuddy Animation on Cold Hard Flash one day, and was particularly taken with “Baby Cruel”, a recent music video they did for a New Zeland band called Pluto.
Produced entirely in Flash, this video is stylish, simple, and creates a mood for the piece that manages to be dark and light simultaneously (much like the Oompa Loompacharacters that romp around through the scenes.)
The short was animated by the crack team at Mukpuddy comprised of Tim Evans, Alex Leighton, and Ryan Cooper. Music by Pluto can be found here.

Thanks so much to the Channel Frederator team, we really really appreciate every bit of exposure we get, especially something on this level!!
The funny thing is, just last week we got screwed over by the band and their management and they’re now not gonna use the vid… chumps!!! But thsi more than makes up for it, yayyy!!!
