ANIMAX Entertainment: The Animated Adventures of Bob and Doug McKenzie
The Bob & Doug McKenzie characters first appeared on Second City TV in a series of live action sketches in the early 1980s–a time when some Channel Frederator fans were still scampering around in pampers. ANIMAX Entertainment, a nifty Flash studio in Los Angeles is now developing the animated version of this sketch starring Rick Moranis and Dave Thomas. In this teaser we get introduced to Bob & Doug and all their friends in the Great White North. Bob is played by Rick Moranis and Doug is played by Dave Thomas, with additional voices supplied by Tom Kenny and Jill Talley. The cartoon versions of Bob & Doug were designed by Jerry Richardson, the Art Director on Kid Notorious The short was animated by Al Rosson and the team at ANIMAX Entertainment and was produced by Tim Jones and Michael Bellavia.
