So last Friday I go and post an animatic clip from “Ricardio” and mention the storyboard. Then, this weekend, I realized other the a few pages of Sean Jimenez and Bert Youn’s board from about 70 years ago, I never posted the full board. Well, here it is.

The episode was written by Mr Tim McKeon, who’s now wreaking havoc over at Disney.

“Adventue Time” Main Title v2.0

Pen’s second stab at Adventure Time’s opening, now incorporating a few recurring characters. Here is version one. I’m sure this won’t be the last version we’ll see.

So here’s the first go at the main title sequence for Adventure Time. A couple of things: just because there’s the awesome, iconic sword-through-the-words logo doesn’t mean it will be the official show logo (or even remain in the main title); the sequence is just twenty seconds long; and the art will probably be slightly different stylistically than in the episodes themselves. Oh, and everything is subject to change.
